2. Use of Service
You agree to use DMAutopilot in compliance with all applicable laws and the policies of connected social platforms. You are responsible for the content of your automated messages.
3. Accounts
You must provide accurate information when creating an account and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
4. Subscriptions & Billing
Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis. You may upgrade, downgrade, or cancel at any time. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.
5. Acceptable Use
You may not use DMAutopilot to send spam, harass others, or violate platform terms. We may suspend accounts that abuse the service or put message deliverability at risk.
6. Intellectual Property
DMAutopilot and its content are owned by Rashi21 Ventures. You retain ownership of your content and grant us a limited license to operate the service on your behalf.
7. Limitation of Liability
The service is provided 'as is'. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Rashi21 Ventures is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
8. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes, and continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
